Whether you are in the speculative or advanced planning stages of your garden room project it is wise to book an installation date. A £500 deposit is all that is required. This is fully refundable should you decide not to go ahead with the project and the factory have not commenced manufacture.
6 weeks before production we will send you the final drawings with the exact dimensions for you to sign off. We will also confirm your exterior clad choices and provide you with an electrical plan to confirm the placement of lights, heaters and switches etc.
The garden room will be delivered by one of our lorries and all components will easily fit through most garden gates.
We will install the base/foundations ahead of the garden room delivery, this usually takes 1 day.
As the garden room comes in pre manufactured panels installation is relatively quick 1 – 4 weeks depending on the size of your room.
If you are choosing an internal plaster finish this makes the installation a little bit longer.
£500 Deposit.
This is required to secure your installation date and is typicaly 6 – 8 weeks before we arrive on site.
This deposit is fully refundable should you decide not to go ahead and your Garden Room has not gone into production
50% Deposit
This is required once you have signed off the final plans and your garden Building is put into production at the factory
Final Balance
It usually takes between 1 – 4 weeks to install your Garden Room.
Once your building is fully installed, you are happy and we hand over the keys, then the remaining balance is made as your final payment.
