• 20-year Roof Membrane guarantee

We also strive to produce u values that mirror that of modern building regulation standards, and these are as little as 0.022W/MK at the same time as offering materials within that achieve a class 1 fire rating.

For that little extra peace of mind, we also provide an aftercare guide that will maximise your lifespan and maintain that newly built feel for many years to come.

Should any Garden Studio provided found to be defective, we shall repair, or in its sole discretion, replace defective Goods free of charge within 10 years from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

1. The buyer of Garden Studios notifies us in writing immediately upon any defect becoming apparent.
2. The defect in question is proven to be due to the faulty design, materials, or workmanship of Heritage Garden Studios Ltd excluding any items deemed or proven defective due to the installation process.
3. The Buyer of the Garden Studio can confirm that the aftercare guide has been followed in full and that any deviance from this has been checked and confirmed in writing with Heritage Garden Studios Ltd first.
4. The warranty period applies to that all parts and components except that of the redwood cladding to which we offer a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Any Goods to be repaired or replaced due to items deemed by Heritage Garden Studios Ltd shall be at the company’s expense. Where the Goods have been manufactured and supplied to Heritage Garden Studios Ltd by a third party, any warranty granted to Heritage Garden Studios Ltd in respect of the Goods shall be passed on to the Garden Studio buyer. Heritage Garden Studios Ltd shall be entitled in its absolute discretion to refund the price of the defective Goods if the such price has already been paid for any item other than when it is deemed solely at the fault of Heritage Garden Studios Ltd, at which time Heritage Garden Studios Ltd will offer a refund of the purchase price to the buyer of the Garden Studio.
