The Cusworth Garden Studio is the most simplistic, a clean and contemporary Garden Room with a flat front aspect, designed to maximise light and the internal floor area. With a fully insulated floor, walls and roof you can be confident that this studio can be used all year round. The simplistic style of this garden studio makes it very popular as a garden office.
Every garden building is bespoke for each customer with a range of customisable options to suit your needs and outdoor space.
Our Garden Room size dimensions are based on the external floor area. Our insulated wall thickness is 13mm before plaster to give you a guide to how much usable internal space you will have.
All our prices include the base, installation and VAT. The only additional costs are foundations if necessary and an electrical armoured cable that is required to run the power supply to your garden room, this is dependent on how far away you position you building from your mains supply.

The Montague Garden Studio has been specifically developed for the British weather featuring a covered area great for an outdoor kitchen or a private space for a hot tub. All of our garden studios are manufactured by skilled craftsmen and women in our factory in Yorkshire. Our Garden rooms are very high quality and are all fully insulated for year-round use and manufactured from sustainable materials.
There are over 150 size options to choose from ranging from a wall length of 1.5m right up to 10.8m.We use standardized material sheet sizes to reduce waste and make our manufacturing and pricing efficient. For example, instead of a 3m x 5m Garden Room, it is more efficient to produce 3.4m x 5.2m or 2.8m x 4.6m.This is not to say that we cannot produce to exact sizes, we can, it is just not as cost effective.
Our core Garden Studio range has 3 designs to choose from with each available in over 150 size configurations.Using our online configurator you can experiment with different shapes, sizes and layouts to suit your space. You can track your budget as you go. As you design, an image of your garden building will be formulated. This can be changed as you go along. See which colour cladding you prefer, try a bi-fold or patio door, and look at the difference between a canopy or an overhang. It’s your design.
