Meet Mr. & Mrs. Rothery from Huddersfield, a lovely couple looking to add some extra space to their cozy home. They had a unique vision: a space filled with natural light, connecting them to their garden all year long.
Enter Heritage Garden Studios! The Rotherys discovered our SIPS buildings at the Great Yorkshire Show and instantly knew they were the perfect fit for their needs.
Working closely with them, we tackled the challenge of their elevated garage platform and the need for storage. The result? A breathtaking SIPS garden room, featuring glass doors on two sides, a glass balconette, and handy storage below.
We aimed for functionality and aesthetics, using top-notch materials that stand the test of time. With SIPS construction and slatted composite cladding, this garden studio is a year-round retreat. Double-glazed sliding and bifold doors not only enhance energy efficiency but also flood the space with natural light and garden views.

The existing garage concrete pad was retained with the addition of concrete piles to allow damp proof and sufficient ventilation under the building,
