Mr. Skrowonski, sought extra space to meet the growing needs of his family. His vision was to have a versatile garden room that could serve multiple purposes, including a home office, a family room, and a space for hosting guests. Heritage Garden Studios was entrusted with the task of transforming his aspirations into reality, delivering a custom-designed garden room that exceeded Mr. Skrowonski’s expectations.

Designing a Functional Garden Room:

Heritage Garden Studios collaborated closely with Mr. Skrowonski to conceptualize a garden room that would perfectly cater to his specific requirements. The result was a remarkable garden room featuring three distinct areas—an insulated home gym, a comfortable family room, and a space-efficient kitchenette. This carefully designed layout ensured that every inch of the garden room was optimized for functionality and practicality.

Challenges and Innovative Solutions:

The project posed a unique challenge as Mr. Skrowonski’s garden consisted of three different levels. However, Heritage Garden Studios rose to the occasion and devised innovative solutions to accommodate the garden room on the second level. By building up the foundations and carefully managing the leveling process, the team overcame the obstacles and ensured a solid base for the garden room.

Quality Materials and Finishes:

With a focus on durability and timeless aesthetics, the garden room was constructed using high-quality materials. Thermowood cladding was chosen for its natural beauty and resistance to the elements, guaranteeing longevity and minimal maintenance. Additionally, double glazed sliding doors were installed, providing energy efficiency, ample natural light, and captivating views of the garden.

Customised Features:

To add a touch of personalisation, Mr. Skrowonski opted for black sockets, switches, and a heater, imbuing the interior with a sleek and modern look. These thoughtful choices seamlessly integrated into the overall design, enhancing both the functionality and visual appeal of the space.

Decking Platform and Steps:

To ensure easy access and enhance the overall aesthetics, a beautiful decking platform was built at the front of the garden room. This addition created an inviting entrance and served as an extension of the indoor space, seamlessly connecting the garden with the room. Steps were also constructed, facilitating effortless movement between the different garden levels while maintaining a harmonious flow within the landscape.

Situated on the elevated second level, Mr. Skrowonski’s garden room offered breathtaking views of the surroundings. The strategic placement provided a serene and picturesque environment, allowing him to appreciate the natural beauty of his garden.
